How we are keeping YOU safe.
The safety and comfort of our guests and staff is our top priority, which is why we have completed Covid Secure risk assessments across all areas and implemented the following measures in line with the current UK Government guidelines:
We are a seated venue only, therefore meaning that upon arrival guests are asked to head to our reservation desk, where you will be greeted and directed to an appropriate table. At the table, guests can remain contactless and order via this site, or if not possible then table service can be provided - where single use menus will be used and disposed of upon your departure. All payments are to be processed via card/ Paypal, using contactless where possible.
We have placed hand sanitiser stations in accessible spots throughout the premises, and encourage guests to make use of these. Please note, sanitiser does not replace regular hand washing and should be used AS WELL AS and not INSTEAD OF.
Cutlery and sauce sachets will be provided to you when your food is served, rather than us previously having it set on the table for you, thus eliminating the risk of contact from other guests.
We have reconfigured our layout to ensure a 1m+ distance between all tables (we ask that guests do not move tables or chairs); and placed one-way system arrows throughout the premises to avoid contact. With this, we have designated our doors to be specifically entrance or exit (please follow signage). We ask that staff and guests are all aware of social distancing throughout your visit.
Staff will be conducting hourly checks and cleans of all WC facilities (although if you do spot anything amiss please do not hesitate to let a member of staff know), as well as regular sanitising of all regularly used touch points.
Children must be supervised at all times throughout the premises, including outside and when in our play area. We do have colouring sheets available if you ask your server, however unfortunately we cannot provide crayons at this time.
Our staff, including our chefs/back of house, will be wearing full PPE - this is for your protection as well as ours. We do not regulate that our guests do this, however, you are welcome to do so if you choose to.
We encourage guests to pre-book their table when possible, to avoid disappointment and help us to reduce any bottlenecking. When booking a table, your email address will be saved in order for us to use for the NHS Test and Trace, likewise, if you haven’t booked you may be asked for your details for the same purpose.
